  • What is the 10-day Program?
    One of the best ways for anyone to regain their health and stay healthy is to periodically cleanse and detoxify the body of any accumulated waste. Here is the 10-day Program Recommended Usage Information: Take 2 glasses of redjuice for 10 consecutive days. 1 glass is equivalent to about 200ml or 7oz. If you plan to take after breakfast, take them both after breakfast. DO NOT SPLIT the 2 servings. Same thing if you plan to take after lunch or before bedtime. Both glasses must be taken at the same time of the day or within 30 minutes interval. redjuice could be taken after meals or before bedtime, with or without food. Best when served chilled. Always shake well before using. You should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate within the 1st 3 days. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior by the 3rd day, or if the difference was not dramatic, then increase your intake by 1 glass on that day. Most people need only 2 glasses, but a few have needed over 5 glasses a day. It has taken many of us years to create a sluggish bowel, so let’s be patient for a few days and increase by only 1 glass each day. Your goal is to have at least 2-3 bowel movements a day. One may increase or decrease intake to find own level of comfort. redjuice is non-habit forming. Just like your favorite food, intake could be stopped anytime. While taking redjuice, make sure you drink 10-12 glasses of water during the day. The exact number of servings to take will vary depending on your weight, previous dietary habits, exercise patterns, and stress levels. If you are drinking coffee or tea, it is recommended to drink additional 3 cups of water for every cup of coffee or tea that you consume.
